Return Process

    Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that roasted coffee beans are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

    Email our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization.

    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email.

    Ship and Refund

    Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
