How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return coffee beans if I don't like the roast?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will make it right.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blend and set a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) to save 15% on every order and never run out of caffeine.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We partner with sustainable farms and cooperatives globally to ensure fair wages for farmers and environmentally friendly harvesting practices.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring Better Buzz Coffee to more countries soon.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile.
